In less than a decade, the Phoenix housing market has gone from one of the worst to predicted to be the #1 market in 2017! Home values increased almost 6% in 2016 and are predicted to increase another 7+% this year.
Phoenix metro area is currently being called a “Seller’s Market” due to the low inventory of homes actively listed for sale. As a Buyer however, if one of those homes is perfect for you, go for it because on the flip side of things, interest rates are predicted to continue to rise this year as well. Get in while the interest rates are still great at 4.25 to 4.5%!
